Getting Started!

Welcome! This page walks you through everything you’ll need to get ready for your assessment, from choosing the right option to gathering form, photos & video.There’s no need to rush through the process. Work through the steps at your own pace, and book your assessment once everything is ready to submit.Not sure which option to book? Choose gait if your dog is under 2, is an athletic/working dog and/or I have explicitly recommended one for your dog. Otherwise, choose no gait.*

Once you’ve completed your forms & gathered all of your required photos & videos, you’re ready to schedule your Behavior & Wellness Consultation.Choose the assessment option that matches your needs below. Appointments are available starting 10 days out to ensure I have enough time to carefully review everything you’ve submitted and give your dog’s case the attention it deserves.After you book, I’ll send you a private folder where you can upload your photos, videos & any other assessment materials.
